Bergdorf Goodman
When I think of post holiday shopping there's only one word that comes to mind, sale. Sale, sale, sale, sale, sale. The department stores have amazing sales this time of year, and if you're going to shop department why not shop at the best of the best, Bergdorf Goodman. For half the price, this is your chance to get those Prada pumps you've been lusting all winter.

Craving something warm and comfy? Nothing says comfort food like spaghetti and meatballs, right. Well this adorable eatery takes your childhood favorite and makes it entirely your own. Stop by The Meatball Shop in the LES or the Village, grab a clipboard and design your own delicious meatball creation. Choose your favorite ball, sauce, side, and preparation. And if you're really in the mood for a treat, create a specialty ice cream sandwich for dessert. With a variety of cookies and ice creams to choose from, the possibilities are endless.

There's nothing like a delicious drink, creatively concocted and expertly executed, to get you through the week. Thirsty for a sip packed with flavor and inspiration? Visit Death & Co. where mixology becomes a form of art. Be warned, vodka is not on the menu. So if you're a devoted vodka drinker, get ready to get adventurous. Try a Rita Hayworth made with Tequila, and I swear you'll be converted. Resident Tourist Tip: Sit at the bar, watch the show.

Home to many a celebrity, the Tribeca Grand will be your new downtown headquarters. Conveniently located right next to the city's trendy shopping district, this subtly swanky hotel has it all. From the constant party scene at Church Lounge to sprawling views of the Hudson. If you time your visit just right, you might be able to catch a private movie screening at the 100-seat Grand Screen Theatre. It'll be a stay to remember.
